General Disclaimers

I, the artist, retain the rights over any commissioned artwork.
I reserve the right to post the artwork on social media with an Artist Mark, but feel free to ask if you’d rather it be kept private!
Any character portrayed in the artwork remains copyrighted to their rightful owners.
The final product is for the client’s use only.
Final product must be linked/tagged back to me if shared.Commissioned work may be used in the following ways:
Used as an avatar/profile picture/banner/video banner etc.
Used as reference
Posted on social media as long as I receive credit
Artwork may be printed/edited for personal useCommissioned work may not be used in the following ways:
Tracing
My watermark or signature may not be removed
Claim artwork as yours
Use the commission to anything related to NFTs, cryptocurrency or AI.I have the right to refuse any order if I don´t feel comfortable with it.
I do not tolerate any behavior I deem disrespectful and will terminate a commission without refund if such behavior is displayed.Commissioning me confirms you have read and agreed to these stipulations.

Process

  • Submission of Commission request: Detailed message with what Client is wanting, Itemized Form, References and Links provided.

  • Artist will respond with Clarification questions if needing further understanding.

  • Once rough sketch will be provided, Client will be allowed to request edits 2 times free of charge; Additional requests will incur a 5$usd Fee

  • Once both parties are in agreement: Client will be Invoiced through Paypal.

  • Full payment, plus incurred Fees, must be paid to begin work in earnest.

  • Artist will provide update Art at the end of Clean Sketch, Lines, Flat Colors, Render, Finishing touches Stages.

  • Client may at each of these stages make minor edits 2 times.

  • Finished files will be sent to Client through their choice of Google Drive Link or by email.

Canvases typically start around:
- 700x750px at 300 dpi
or
- 3000x3000px at 300 dpi for higher resolution.Artist will try to keep Commission within 2 weeks of work time. If for some reason work is delayed, Artist will promptly inform Client.All payment is due up front. Returning clients are able to pay half up front and the other half once the commission is complete. However, delivery of the final piece will not be given until full invoice is paid.Payment must be done through PayPal only.

20$usd Rush Fee: ensures focused work to meet an agreed deadline below typical 2 weeks.5$usd: for each additional edit past the allowed 2 in each stage.Refunds
Failing to answer in a reasonable time or abandoning the commission will not warrant a refund. Communication from both parties is required. The client may not file a chargeback against me after approval/completion. Refunds are given If I am unable to complete your commission for any reason.100% will be returned if work has not started or I terminate the job for any reason.20$usd of final total plus Fees are nonrefundable if Client cancels commission.Discounts
Returning clients receive a 20% discount on any commission.I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.
